From Precious Chandler - Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
I wanted to inquire about getting an ACL to attend the Viva Fresh Expo on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 2:30 – 5 at the Marriott Marquis Houston (1777 Walker St, Houston, TX 77010). They will be bringing in the supplies listed below ( VS will have all this ready for them) , checking in volunteers, and help with other small things volunteer might need. I am meeting with Alexis next week to get a description of anything extra needed but that is the base . Also, parking will be paid for the acl that attends .

- Roll of food bank stickers to tag pallets
- Paper volunteer waivers
- List of registered volunteers
- Volunteer stickers
- Table
- Tablecloth
- 2 Chairs
- Hand Sanitizer
- 2 boxes of each of medium and large gloves
- 1 clipboard
- pens
- 3 Bold Sharpie/Markers
- 1 box of face masks
- Butcher paper to line the banana boxes - or whatever is currently used by VS.
- 5 box cutters
