Updates

As of September 7th, 2024, the weekend volunteer experience will be run entirely by ACLs and Student Heroes.

As of June 1st, the Student Heroes Leadership Crew will be in charge of All Repacking Projects: Meat Sort, Produce, and Rice (Dry Repack). If you are interested in being involved in the Leadership Crew in the Summer, please fill out this form to get added to the training schedule. Form Link!

Christine's Corner:

  • Great job registering for shifts and friendly reminder that if you do not register, you will not be permitted to volunteer!
  • Please send any new requests for hours verification to Alia Soto. If you have previously sent one to Christine or the student hero email, Christine will honor these requests only for this session.

Tip of the Week!

When you first get into your project area, make sure to introduce yourself to your project leaders. As a career tip, this allows you to build rapport with the people you are working with and structure better teamwork. This may present you with some additional opportunities and increase your chances of being Student Hero of the Month!
